Hi Rosanna, I just want to take this opportunity to say that we really appreciate the service we have recieved from all the staff at ACCO. We know we have had a few requests since installation, but honestly the response we have had to any of our concerns have all been addressed in a timely & professional manner, which you don't always get these days. The guys who did the installation were great, John who did the qoutes was extremely helpful as were you Rosanna. We have passed ACCO details onto our son who is looking for a new aircon system as we have told him how pleased we are, so look after him if he calls! Many thanks to you all
